What’s Covered
- Lifetime coverage for mechanical defects that affect function.
- If something unexpected goes wrong, we want to know — and we’ll repair it.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear to surfaces or finishes (cerakote, DLC, anodizing).
- Cosmetic scratches, patina, or changes from everyday use.
- Damage caused by misuse or intentional destruction.
- Lost or stolen pens.
How to Request Service
- Fill out our Warranty Form.
- Send the completed form along with your pen.
- We’ll repair and return your pen within 3–5 business days.
