We want you to love your pen. If you need to return or exchange it, please review the guidelines below.
Returns
- Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your package.
- Condition: Items must be in like‑new condition (no scratches, wear, or signs of use).
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within five business days after we receive your item.

How to Return:
- Fill out our Return Form.
- Place the completed form inside your package.
- Ship the package back to us (please share your tracking number if possible).
Exchanges
- Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your package.
- Condition: Items must be in brand‑new condition (no scratches or blemishes).

How to Exchange:
- Fill out our Exchange Form.
- Place the completed form inside your package.
- Ship the package back to us (please share your tracking number if possible).
- Shipping: Once your exchange is approved and processed, we’ll cover the return shipping cost to send your replacement pen back to you.
Copper & Bronze Items
- Pens made from copper or bronze that have been opened from their vacuum‑sealed packaging require a $15 cleaning fee when exchanged.
- This fee covers disassembly, cleaning, and polishing before the item can be returned to stock.
