Overview
Designed in collaboration with Danish knife maker Jens Ansø, this pen embodies clean Scandinavian design and precision engineering. What began as an ambitious idea—an ultra-slim, hexagonal pen using our Side Click mechanism—became a true manufacturing challenge that pushed our team to innovate. Through a process called polygonal turning, we achieved the crisp hex shape directly from titanium bar stock—something rarely done in pen making. The result is a refined writing tool that blends Jens’ design sensibility with Tactile Turn’s craftsmanship.

Ink Refills
The Ansø Pen ships with an Ohto PG-105 blue ink refill, which uses the Parker-style format. This allows you to replace it with a wide range of compatible refills from other brands if you prefer a different ink type or color.
Unlike our other models, this pen body is drilled out to 6mm and only accepts Parker-style refills. A Pilot G2 will not work, even if trimmed down. For a refill to work in this pen, the diameter of the refill must be under .236" and the length must be 98mm legnth (3.86").
