Slim Bolt Action or Slim Side Click jammed ink refill

The internals on the Slim Bolt Action and Slim Side Click pens are designed to be as large as possible to accommodate the Pilot G2 ink refill but, on some occasions, we have found that the plastic cap on the ink can get stuck.

Typically it isn't jammed super tight inside, just tight enough so that the ink won't come out.

If you're able to remove the bolt either by hand or with non-scratching parallel jaw pliers and pull the internal out, you may be able to use a toothpick or small screwdriver to remove the cap from the internal.

Or if that's not possible, please submit a request to send your pen in for repair.
